The townhouse has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a patio with garden.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms with hot/cold pump. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second one has two single beds. The third has also two single beds with option to include a third bed. A bathroom and a small terrace.

The townhouse is located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the beach. There are no parking problems.
